Biloxi, the county seat of Harrison County, is a city located in the state of Mississippi. The city is also part of the Gulf-Biloxi metropolitan area. Some of the residents include the U.S. Air Force Reserve’s 403rd Wing and the 81st Training Wing and the Keesler Air Force Base. The casino is currently owned and managed by MGM Resorts International and was reopened after the devastation and damages caused by Hurricane Katrina.
