The Ryman Auditorium, a live venue place located along 5th Avenue North, was formerly called the Union Gospel Tabernacle and the Grand Ole Opry House. This live performance venue is currently operated and owned by Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. and can seat an approximate of 2,300 people. In 1971, the Ryman Auditorium was included in the list of National Register of Historic Places and in 2001, it was considered as a National Historic Landmark.
